CEO

Rana Elshinawy is the visionary founder of MELIORA, officially launched on May 25, 2025. With more than 19 years of experience in design and creative innovation, Rana has built a career around reimagining spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and purpose.

Her journey began in Cairo, where she cultivated her passion for design and transformed it into a global vision. Through MELIORA, Rana has collaborated with renowned architects, designers, and brands to craft inspiring environments across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Known for her customer-centric philosophy and relentless pursuit of excellence, Rana continues to push boundaries and foster creativity, establishing herself as a leader whose work transcends design to deliver meaningful experiences.

Board member

civil engineering consultant with five decades of experience in large-scale projects. He previously served as Managing Director for Mega Projects at the Arab Contractors, where he oversaw landmark developments across the region. His career reflects a strong record of leadership in construction, infrastructure, and project management. In addition, he contributes his expertise as a board member, supporting the strategic growth of major organizations.

Chairman

He is a prominent Egyptian economist and former Minister of Investment of Egypt. He has extensive experience in finance, investment, and capital markets, with a career spanning leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. As Minister, he played a key role in implementing reforms to attract foreign investment and stimulate economic growth. Beyond government service, he continues to contribute to economic development through advisory and executive positions in leading institutions.

Vice chairman

He is a distinguished Egyptian legal scholar and practitioner specializing in constitutional and commercial law. He is the founder and managing partner of Alieldean, Weshahi & Partners, one of Egypt’s leading law firms. In addition to his legal practice, he has contributed to academia as a professor of law at Cairo University. His work combines legal expertise, academic influence, and advisory roles on major national and international projects.

Fayez Abaza is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation across diverse sectors. Building on a family legacy of enterprise, he has carved his own path as a pioneer in event management, media production, and the introduction of advanced technologies, such as touch screens and holograms into the Middle East and Africa.

Guided by an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to trust-based partnerships, Fayez has consistently delivered breakthrough solutions that positioned his ventures at the forefront of their industries. His leadership has been instrumental in executing high-profile events, supplying cutting-edge technologies to major corporations, and forging strategic collaborations with both public and private sector stakeholders.

Beyond his business endeavors, Fayez is deeply engaged in sports, arts, culture, and philanthropy. His active support of charitable initiatives and cultural experiences reflects a leadership philosophy that extends beyond wealth creation, rooted in service, community, and impact.

With over 17 years of professional experience, I bring a solid background in business planning, operations, and client centric project management. My career began in logistics and operations management, providing a robust foundation that I have built upon with a master’s and doctorate degree in International Trade & Logistics and QA Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AAST).
